Absolutely AMAZING service! They answered my call after hours on a Friday night & Jon was more than happy to assist me, considering what I needed was at the 11th hour, I was pointed in the right direction to get my order completed in time. Kenneth helped me with my design & getting all the text clear for print, nothing was too much trouble. I went into their warehouse & interrupted their day, they set aside time to help me with what was a very small order for them, however, a big deal for me as I was launching my new business on the weekend. Personalised friendly & welcoming service, something these days is hard to come by!

I have used 24 HR to provide one off t-shirts of my own design for a couple of events. The quality & service are excellent & the turn around time from order to delivery is unbelievable & lives up to their name. I don’t know how they do it! The price is very reasonable too considering they are unique shirts available in 24 hours

I was asked if I could "pull a rabbit out of a hat" and produce some digitally printed promotional caps for an event the next day, and I recalled hearing about the exceptional service of 24 Hour Merch. I went straight to their website and "followed the bouncing ball", uploaded my artwork, positioned it where I wanted it, paid for the caps, and expected a 24 hour turnaround as advertised. The whole process and automated response communication was seamless.
Well. they didn't produce it in 24 hours, they produced it in 3 hours! Absolutely incredible service.
If you're after professionalism with good old-fashion service, look no further.
