Made a call when my garage door stalled half way down. I was unable to disengage it to lower it manually. The weather was very cold! I was able to quickly get service and diagnosis of the issue. A new opener was installed the same day. My only issue was minor. Old opener and packaging of new one were left in my trash. I find that most service providers takes these with them or ask if it's ok to leave them. On a very cold day, Superior's quick response and insulation were excellent.

Excellent support helping us determine the right solution. Fantastic service on the install. Truely competitive price. We did shop around, but the other options (including Costco) did not focus on the best options for MN weather. We could not be happier with the functional and aesthetic result.

Today my garage door broke, and I had no idea what was wrong other than it being off track and possibly having a broken cable. I called Superior Garage Door, and they were able to send someone out the same afternoon; even with heavy snow coming down.
Trey was the technician who helped me, and he was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional from the moment he arrived. He quickly assessed the situation and showed me that the spring had actually broken. The price he quoted included not only replacing the spring but also getting the garage door back on its track, which I really appreciated.
Trey was considerate, kind, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, my garage door is working perfectly again. I will absolutely be requesting Trey for future service and recommending him to others!

SGD put in a new opener in July 2024. Fast forward to November 2025 and the new opener failed and the motor was shot. They came out and not only replaced the opener but upgraded it, all for free. Very responsive and Matt was great to work with. Very happy with the level of service.
