Have an ongoing problem with this company, they fitted a stairlift for my Daughter. they have fitted it in away that it is not useable because there is no clearance between the lift and and the banisters, mistakes happen but the main issue with this company is their customer service, trying to get through to them is very hard and they promise to call you back but very rarely do. over a week in and still no sign of the problem being fixed, meanwhile we are stuck with a stairlift that is non useable.
I hope that in sometime soon I can update this review to say all problems have been fixed and we have had commutation from them but not holding my breath.
*** update**** while some of the issues have been fixed over a month on and we still have a stairlift that does not work with no confirmed date of a repair being made, still me doing all the chasing, i would really think twice before using this company.
Keith came to my nans house to take measurements etc he was very pleasant and professional explained in detail everything so myself and Nan understood the process and next steps and eased her worries

Keith garland has attended my address to help with my grandmother's stair lift multiple times and has always been more than a professional person than the actual manufacturers of the stair lift to help in anyway

Appallingly rude telephone response, told by district nurse that a hospital bed would be delivered by this company for my frail father. It didn't arrive yesterday, I called and left a clear message that was never returned. Then I called again today and the young woman who answered could not be bothered to listen to my request for basic information about another company who she said were responsible and told me to 'google it' when I asked for the phone number. She then put the phone down on me. Unprofessional and extremely rude. Amazed they are in business and certainly misnamed - neither 24/7 or caring about health.

Hi Saskia, sorry to hear that you had problems. The issue here is that NRS who have ceased trading, forwarded ALL their calls to us without warning, authorisation or notice which caused our small team to have over 600 calls a day about issues that we were not anything to do with us and which we had absolutely no information about at all. This also meant that we had no record of any of NRS orders, deliveries or pickups - as this is a separate (not connected to us in any way) company. To compound things further we did not know how to get in touch or who best to talk to at NRS. All we could do was suggest that callers contact their local authority or their assigned OT. We hope that you managed to get in touch with your council or OT to sort this issue with NRS out.
Had a visit from Keith this morning to carry out server for stairlift,great experience he answered all my questions and explained everything brilliantly.

Today a Ergo stairlift was installed by two professionals, Rahul and Tean.
From the very start they were friendly, polite and professional. We could not have asked for better engineers to put the stairlift in. They respected our hone, were very quiet, what was quite charming was the conversations they were having . They kept training helping and teaching each other as they installed the product. No foul language, course jesting, or inappropriate conversation. They honestly were just brilliant and focused so hard to install the stairlift even when they was a minor issue with the product which was easily and simply resolved.
The house was left clean and tidy and the stairlift is a godsend for my Mum.
Even the customer service from the lady over the phone throughout the process was second to none.
