Samsung Fridge was icing up. My aging mom in SB couldn’t decide on what new fridge to buy, I kept pressing her to call the repair guy. Well she did and Will came on a Saturday with just a couple hours notice! Super technician, upgraded some of the components. Fixed. This was far more reasonable than buying a new fridge and sending the old one to the trash heap. Great service, Thank you!

The water inlet valve for our fridge became inoperable. I called, and Larry was out at our place within a couple hours. Took him about 20 mins to diagnose the issue. He secured the new part after a couple days, and came back out today, a Sunday, to install. He was done within 30 mins and the part works great. Love the prompt service! Highly recommended.

The company was responsive and quick to schedule an appointment for evaluation. This was a 2nd opinion, quote was $300 cheaper than the first quote. Parts were ready within 10 days. Will called when he was in the area and asked if he could stop by to complete the repair, much appreciated! Will is polite, professional and gets wright to work. He is not one for small talk, but clearly knows what he is doing, works efficiently and cleans up when finished. For a young master technician, he is highly knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

My experience was very good! It was a Sunday and my washing machine broke.. no clean clothes for Monday morning! My tech, Larry, showed up on time and the job was done quickly. What a relief!

Serj gave us excellent service. He showed up on the same day we requested service and was able to determine the problem on our refrigerator right away. He was very thorough and took the time to cleaned up which was very much appreciated.

A wonderful twist of fortune to get a call back from russell, and I think this very reasonably priced company. He was here within 3 to 4 hours. And our refrigerator started functioning overnight, and he's just come back today to check everything out. I could not be happier. Thank you.
