Samsung Fridge was icing up. My aging mom in SB couldn’t decide on what new fridge to buy, I kept pressing her to call the repair guy. Well she did and Will came on a Saturday with just a couple hours notice! Super technician, upgraded some of the components. Fixed. This was far more reasonable than buying a new fridge and sending the old one to the trash heap. Great service, Thank you!
The water inlet valve for our fridge became inoperable. I called, and Larry was out at our place within a couple hours. Took him about 20 mins to diagnose the issue. He secured the new part after a couple days, and came back out today, a Sunday, to install. He was done within 30 mins and the part works great. Love the prompt service! Highly recommended.
I personally want to thank Alex for fixing my 86 year old mom's dryer. He was professional in his work, and even more professional AND kind to my elderly mom. Believe EVERY review you see and read about 21 Home Alliance Repair...they are great to work with!
I appreciate YOU Alex and the whole team there (as well as the nice lady who set up our appointment over the phone : )
We called 21 Home Appliance Service to repair our washing machine and had a great experience. The technician, Will, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what was wrong.
The repair was done professionally and at a fair price — no unnecessary charges. After the service, the machine works like new.
Will is knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend 21 Home Appliance Service for any appliance repair!

The company was responsive and quick to schedule an appointment for evaluation. This was a 2nd opinion, quote was $300 cheaper than the first quote. Parts were ready within 10 days. Will called when he was in the area and asked if he could stop by to complete the repair, much appreciated! Will is polite, professional and gets wright to work. He is not one for small talk, but clearly knows what he is doing, works efficiently and cleans up when finished. For a young master technician, he is highly knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

A wonderful twist of fortune to get a call back from russell, and I think this very reasonably priced company. He was here within 3 to 4 hours. And our refrigerator started functioning overnight, and he's just come back today to check everything out. I could not be happier. Thank you.
