I engaged the team via text message in the morning and was able to get my sewage pipe unblocked, plus a section of the vent pipe repairs before mid afternoon on the same day. Richard is professional, transparent and patient on explaining what is required for fix the blockage. Happy customer here and will engage again for future plumbing needs.

Richard came to fix our clogged toilet & sink and a hidden leak we were trying to detect and fix. He was on there right on time, was very professional. He detected the source of leak very quickly and fixed, as well as un-clogged the sink & toilet - all less than an hour. Also gave good advice on avoiding potential leaks etc. Its been a pleasure and refreshing to deal with someone professional and honest. I look forward to using his services again in the future.
