Richard came to fix our clogged toilet & sink and a hidden leak we were trying to detect and fix. He was on there right on time, was very professional. He detected the source of leak very quickly and fixed, as well as un-clogged the sink & toilet - all less than an hour. Also gave good advice on avoiding potential leaks etc. Its been a pleasure and refreshing to deal with someone professional and honest. I look forward to using his services again in the future.

Richard was very professional and easy to talk to, quick to respond especially when we called him during the long weekend holidays. He managed to fit us in the next day and was able to do a great job in identifying our issue with our water heating tank. Best plumbing experience I’ve come across
I needed to get in contact with a plumber ASAP as we discovered from our water bill that there was a concealed pipe leak. I got a response from Richard who was able to assist me ASAP. I was relieved I came across Beataleak because the other plumbers I contacted next availability was not until 3-4 days. Richard is honest, reliable & came fully equipped. If I wasn’t worrying about the water being fixed I’ll probably would’ve remembered to ask him to check my plumbing for my dishwasher too but that can be my next job for him 😊. Thank you Beataleak & Richard for your services. I would highly recommend them.

Richard provided excellent customer service and did a quality job fixing the main water pipe connected to our house which was leaking badly. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Richard for your plumbing needs - especially in emergencies like ours.

I got my leak repaired by Richard who was very professional and also nice to deal with. He is punctual and very transparent on his services he provides. I am quite happy with the whole service, and fingers crossed there will be no more issues that will come.

Richard from Beat a Leak was amazing, he was here about 3 hours after I called him. He was professional, did great work and charged a fair price. Ended up being much less painful to the wallet than I anticipated. He worked quick as well and even tightened up the water meter to stop it leaking without charging me for that. Would definitely use them again.
