Richard has always been very prompt and reasonable whenever I have called him for any plumbing tasks in the last 5-6 years - I have had some tough blocked drains that needed cleaning or a small bathroom reno.

Richard responded to my emergency issue quickly and efficiently! Within 30 minutes of contacting him, he was at my property and beginning work. The job was done very promptly and he provided great communication and documentation of every step! Even better, the price was extremely reasonable, especially considering this was an after-hours weekend repair. I will absolutely be contacting Beat a Leak for any future repairs I may need :)
