I’m completely satisfied with the service provided and especially with the attitude and friendliness I got from Samah - the guy who delivered the car to me. He’s very patient, smiley and speaks very good English. And those little gifts (tissues and candies) I got from the company were just like cherries on the cake. The car was ok too. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Farah from Advance Car reached out a few days before my arrival to confirm my flight details and timing. I was greeted at the arrivals hall by a Sameh who was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional.
Ahead of the drop-off date, Amir checked-in for drop-off time and location, also offered to meet me in the city, which made the whole process very convenient to us. Communication was smooth and efficient, and the vehicle was in excellent condition with only 1,500 km on the clock. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them

I had an excellent experience with Advance car rental company. The car was clean, new, and in perfect condition. Their customer service was professional and very responsive. They were also extremely punctual — I received the car at the airport, and the employee was already waiting for me even before the scheduled time. We had a wonderful time in Lebanon. Advanced car rental had great services and a great selection of cars and insurances. Quick registration and off you go, traveling around and seeing beautiful scenery. If you happen to get in any trouble they have a 24/7 respond number and help you out. If I ever go back to Lebanon i surely will use their services again.
