Popped in for some advice about water flooding into the office through a door. They offered sealing material free of charge and even offered to help seal the door for a small fee. Although I didn’t need them to do it, as I already have builders handling it, I still really appreciate how friendly, genuine, and helpful they were.
We ordered a new door and a new pane of glass for a patio door and the whole process and cost has been brilliant. On the day of installation it was horrendous weather and the fitter Dave went above and beyond. Unfortunately due to the age of the old door frame he did not have enough material to finish the job. He went off and returned early evening to complete both jobs and did not leave until 8.00pm (on a Friday night). 1st CLASS would highly recommend.
1st Scenic recently replaced a floor to ceiling bay window and a regular window along with a window panel swap. They provided great service with good communication. The installer on the day, Dan, was professional and efficient. He kept us updated on progress and explained any issues to us to make sure any deviations.

The ONLY problem I had with 1st scenic was with the initial contact - it took some time to get a response (I rather suspect that they were very busy, which wouldn’t surprise me given the quality of their work!!)
From then on in everything was “spot on”. Good, timely communications. Appointments were attended on time and the installers were actually early on the day. We booked the installation date for our new front door well in advance and 1stScenic stuck to the date. Obviously they are in the hands of their suppliers, but we experienced no problems of any kind.
The installers were friendly, speedy and professional. They left our place nice and clean and tidy (which wasn’t easy because, on the day of our install, it was pouring with rain, and the installation team just worked on through it).
We were very happy with the quality of the product itself.

1st Scenic recently completed a porch infill for our 1930's house. This consisted of two windows and a set of French doors which we wanted for insulation and extra security. When we first discussed the infill we were given detailed advice and all our queries were answered. Just completed the second install of windows - I have to say the says staff and pre-installation process is excellent which paid dividends when I they did the installation which went so smoothly. The fitters are very good and I think it helps that they have their own fitters.

1st Scenic installed a Supalite tiled and fully insulated roof system to update our glass conservatory roof. The staff at the shop were informative and considerate to our needs. Amazing Stained Glass Window
We had a large and old lead-lined, stained glass window on the side of our house that was letting all the warm air out. We got in touch with 1st Scenic and they did an amazing job in suggesting the best upgrade and the installation was top notch. Really happy with the finished product.

My mum was looking to replace her front door. She had a local company visit and quote, which was written on a business card. This caused me concern, so I spoke with Sam Butler at 1st Scenic. He reviewed this company on company’s house and found the business had not been running long and the director had previously folded another windows and doors business.
Sam explained that if it happens again any warranty may not be valid. He also explained that the figure written on the business card did not breakdown what was included or if it included VAT.
Sam visited and complete an assessment and quote. At the meeting he explained every aspect of the door, frame and fittings. He suggested a lower threshold and locking mechanism to future proof my mum’s mobility. My dad insisted the door had to be dark green before he passed away, so Sam provided colour samples to ensure these criteria was met whilst also providing samples of privacy glass.
Due to Sams in depth knowledge, recommendations and 1st Scenic 20 year trading history, my mum placed an order there and then.
The door has now been fitted and my mum is over the moon with her new green front door.
I would have no concern recommending Sam and 1st Scenic.
