The sub contractors along with Chris were professional, dependable and have great workmanship. We are totally satisfied and love our outdoor space. On July 8, 2024, during Hurricane Beryl, I had major damage to
my to my home. This was caused by my neighbors large pine tree falling on my house. I was very fortunate to have been given
1st Choice Roofing and Construction's contact information. Chris Rochester and Martin came out to survey the damage, which included my roof being severely damaged. I also had a brick wall and breaker box destroyed. The wood flooring inside my home and the kitchen cabinets were also severely damaged.
Chris was very knowledgeable and professional about the repairs needed. All of the team members that Chris used to make the repairs on my home were very professional. I am very happy to say that 1st Choice went above and beyond my expectations on the repairs to my home. Chris was constantly in contact with me during the time the work was being done. I highly recommend 1st Choice Roofing and Construction, they are # 1 to me.

I had an awesome experience with 1st Choice Roofing & Construction. The crew was super professional from start to finish... they showed up on time, kept me in the loop, and did exactly what they said they would.
What really impressed me was how clean everything was afterward. I didn’t find a single nail or bit of debris in my yard, which is huge for me since my kid runs around barefoot out there all the time. That level of care really says a lot about how they do business.
The roof looks fantastic, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you need any roofing work done, these are the folks to call. Can’t recommend them enough!

I recently had a new roof installed on my house by 1st Choice Roofing. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. Michael Gaitan was the project manager. He was polite, confident and explained the entire process. On installation day the crew was fantastic. During that day I was provided with several photos from a drone showing the progress. Mr. Gaitan noticed a slight dip in the new roof at the garage. He had the crew remove the shingles and make the area perfect. That's great customer service and attention to detail.
