I booked an appointment online in the morning for a thermostat replacement, I received a call with 30 minutes to discuss my job, Igor said he would be at my home between 1-3pm, he arrived and installed my thermostat in minutes. I have been trying to get someone to install this for almost a year and had so many issues until Igor came and sorted it out. I highly recommend 1st Choice for your heating and air needs.

1st Choice responded with a sense of urgency we where experiencing! Our A/C had stopped operating.
The technician (Daniel) arrived that day and accessed the malfunctioning unit. He also accessed the duct work finding flow obstructions and a compromised exhaust.
He temporarily had the system back up at a mediocre capacity. We asked for a estimate for a 100% repaclacement including duct modification. The estimate was excellent and scheduled for the next day. We where very fortunate the unit was available.
My research showed had we had to have waited availability would have been a month out.
We feel very fortunate that 1st Choice was our call, and will be in the future for any related work.
Note: we had a tech in from a company who WAS performing regular scheduled service.
Replaced parts, but never did a thorough accessement of the system. Even though we had expressed concerns.
Complacency and lack of ambition hurts.
1st Choice is now our service provider.
Also note the installation crew was awesome, professional and enthusiastic.
Their housekeeping is spot on, and were engaging along with the technician.
We where shown every issue that was addressed and a job ending walk through was performed.
A definite 5 star company with 5 star personal!!! Thank you.

Terrible customer service. They installed my AC less than 2 years ago, in a new house construction and now it's leaking into my bathroom. The owner had an attitude with my wife and said he could be at my house in a week to 10 days. And he was charging us $120 just to come to our house. I don't think a pipe, from an AC unit should leak after a year of being installed in a new house construction. .
Daniel came out at almost 1am to fix our AC for our babies. It was absolutely incredible and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and his service. Would totally recommend this company! Also very quick responses!

We recommend 1st choice and will be using them in the future! 1st choice was able to get us in almost immediately after one of our HVAC units went out. They gave us multiple options at different price points. We ended up just replacing the unit that went out. They worked so quickly and had our new unit up and running within hours. The price point is very competitive and fair for the local area.
