It was a pleasure working with isaac and the guys at 1 smart build They have build for use a big room addition with a full size bathroom and the result is amazing From day 1 of meeting with isaac, we have understood that we are talking to a professional contractor that has done this type of work before and we have started the architecture plans After the plans got approved, Isaac gave use a very fair price for the project and we decided once again to trust him, thank goodness we did They have done the project as fast as humanly possible and with an amazing crew that was here every day, including some weekends The project was done in less then 4 month’s and everything that was agreed on was done in the best way possible Thank you again for your work and attention to all of my wife details Choosing you guys was one of the best decision we have done so far

We had the pleasure of working with Isaac and the company From the first meeting we had, Isaac did our first 3D design for our new ADU They toke care of all the city and architecture work from A to Z The work was done very fast and the results are amazing They have finished the project before the deadline and the have handed all the city inspections with the inspector on site To conclude, this was a very fast, easy and affordable process. The 1 Smart Build team did a great job with our bathroom renovation. Our contractor, Issac, worked with us from having ideas of what we wanted to finding materials and finishes to the demo and the installation. The team of handymen, plumbers, and demo crew were all efficient and listened to and followed through on all of our requests. The finished product turned out beautiful.
