Our goal was a calm, hotel style bath that would also work long term. They framed a curbless shower with proper slope, waterproofed everything, and set large format tile with crisp joints. Lighting is soft but bright where it counts and the fan is whisper quiet. The space feels bigger without adding a single inch.

Omri and his crew did an amazing job on our kitchen and bath remodel. I was apprehensive about hiring a contractor after hearing about other friends' experiences. He gave recommendations and offered suggestions during the design process. The remodel went smoothly and we were surprised at the quick progress. They would clean up at the end of the day before they left. It was always easy to contact Omri with questions and concerns and he would respond promptly. He even sent a cleaning crew to add the final polish after everything was done and the house looks amazing. We now have a few more projects we want 1 Degree to work on. We whole heartedly recommend 1 Degree for anyone looking for an honest, reliable contractor.

We have renovated two bathrooms with 1 Degree Constriction and are planning on a third when the time is right. We chose Thai over other contractors because he is not only friendly and easy to talk to, but he took the time to discuss our ideas with us. While others would just shrug and say "Whatever you want," Thai answered our questions and gave us the feedback and guidance we were looking for about how to achieve what we wanted. This was very reassuring because we'd never redone or designed a bathroom before so we did not always know exactly what to do. Our old house can be tricky to work on and threw us all some curveballs but Thai and his guys always did their best to make things work for us. They are quick and reliable. We are thrilled with the results and wondering why we didn't do this sooner.

We just completed a two bathroom remodel project with 1 Degree. These are small bathrooms that we wanted to refresh with all new surfaces. After getting quotes from seven remodeling companies, we chose to go with them. The price was competitive and one of my coworkers had used them and liked their work. Our project manager, Omri was great to work with. We requested some design changes in the middle of the project and they accommodated our request. We are very impressed with the tile work, and we like that they stayed on schedule and on budget.

I worked with Thai and David and 1 Degree Construction to renovate my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results.  I interviewed several contractors but felt the most comfortable with them.  He was great to work with - professional, friendly, and easy going.  Thai has excellent design sense and high standards.  I appreciated his attention to detail, the high level of workmanship on the project and that he was able to help me make decisions if I was unsure of how something would look or work. The renovation included a new electrical panel, demolition of the old kitchen, adding insulation, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, lighting, flooring, custom cabinets, tile backsplash, exterior stucco repair, and window and sliding door replacement.
