Total energy finished their install today after 4 days. New central heat and panel upgrade.
They were friendly, professional and very considerate.
I am very impressed with the service they provided.
They traveled each day from Corner brook to Stephenville, NL with stormy days and crazy mess on the roads, they are so reliable.
I would choose them again-recommend 100%

Dealt with Dylan. I Spent months dealing with him as I had numerous questions and lots of debates on if I should do the upgrade and he never hesitated to answer any! Pretty quick to answer and fully detailed messages everytime.
Today the electrical upgrade and new central heat pump completed. Everyone was fantastic the crew at total energy was also amazing, friendly, very considerate and professional. Located In Stephenville, NL and so far heat is impressive. Can’t wait for summer to try AC.
Anthony and the crew had a busy day yesterday, installing two heat pumps and getting them running. A flurry of activity and wonderful to deal with. They kept me informed of the steps that were happening and explained things at the end. Top notch, from beginning to end!!

I had an outstanding experience with 1Click. From the start, their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care were obvious. The team was very accommodating with my schedule and always called ahead, even if they were running early, which I really appreciated.
They explained every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before, during, and after installation. They also showed me how to use the system and provided helpful documentation for later.

Amazing company to work with. Dylan S. was extremely responsive day and night and well educated. The office team made booking my appointments easy. Couldn't be happier with the 2 guys who installed my system. Out of the 3 quotes I had they were middle to the price but by far the most professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly Recommended.

Response to company reply:
1) Appointment time: I was definitely informed an afternoon booking and attempt to make it the last house - not morning - clearly expressing I had a morning appointment with someone else that day. Showing up at the same timing as the other appointment, created problems for me. I would not have booked an appointment, if it was 'maybe' afternoon, 'maybe' morning. Kindly do not have staff guarantee afternoon, if your staff may come anytime that day. A lesson for me, and perhaps other homeowners, to not book two different appointments at opposite times of the day regardless of what we are told.
2) 1Click transparency: Staff did not introduce by name - only said we are here for HVAC. I had to specifically ask, and it is perplexing why your staff would not repeat when a customer says they cannot understand what they said (see my initial post); further, how wearing an 1Click shirt hidden under a winter jacket that does not say 1Click provides transparency/visibility as to who they are.
As shared by phone, as a newer homeowner/needing service elsewhere, we were scammed at the door by a legit competitor company - same service type- and billed twice (bill from each company). It is one reason why homeowners have to be extremely careful and diligent when services come to our doors, even when we are expecting.
Kindly attend to all concerns. Much appreciated.
INTIAL POST: A lot of issues occurred:
1) Expecting a totally different contractor scheduled for the morning, instead two men were standing there when opening the door to find out they are here for HVAC even though this was scheduled for the afternoon, last appt of the day.
2) No phone call - relayed by the company that we get a call first so customers know they are close and will arrive soon.
3) The workers insisted being told this is to be their first appointment in the morning a number of times, in response that someone else is coming anytime now and cannot have two companies in the home at the same time, etc., which was stated to the scheduler. With repetition of this fact, the next response was, we can be quick and/or can come back maybe another day... (that could mean anything regarding timing, which made it a precarious position as it was already expressed when the appt was made by 1Click scheduler that they only service this area once in awhile... so then how long would I have to wait?).
4) Could not understand who they were because the name was said so fast - maybe because they were rushing to get the job done - and did not repeat it / clarify when I said sorry I cannot understand what you said. The name on the workers matching jackets did not seem to match whatever was said (it was not 1Click). However, I knew that I was to expect HVAC workers so I let them in not knowing what else to do...
5) After rushing around the inside of the home, I was also told to sign paperwork of which they said I do not get a copy... so I took pictures. After signing, then said, we now need to go to the backyard....Shouldn't signing occur after everything is done? Later it was confirmed we do not get copy of the paperwork by the 1800 number.
6) As they were leaving to go outside to the back, the morning appt arrived, and they commented, 'perfect timing', which it was not the case at all from a homeowners perspective. These workers were rushing around and out to the backyard, where they did whatever, and obviously were not seen again. There was zero communication besides them stating everything was fine before leaving to the backyard. After they left, I noticed they cranked the temp to 30C...
7) Cannot reach anyone as it is always straight to voice mail. Giving up waiting, turned the systems down to a standard room temp - sure it will be fine - and told the 1-800 person this when a call back occurred and sounds like it should....
It is with hopes that all is good with the HVAC - fan is not spinning, despite assurance from 1-800 that it is due to it being so cold outside/defrosting.
All in all, the service experience was not one of excellence as per the above.

They are working great.The guys that put them in were very nice ,very knowledgeable and cleaned up everything when done and took time to go over everything.I live in Truro Heights. I started out with Brandon at the office and he was great.He was there every step of the way.

Very impressed with Total Energy/One Click. I had contacted three heat pump installers in the Stephenville area and not one showed up to give an estimate. I then found an advertisement that Total Energy had sent in the mail. Long story short within a very short amount of time Brandon Fenech reached out and got the ball rolling. Everyone I had contact with from Stephanie at the office in Corner Brook, to Brandon, to the great guys who installed the pump, all were responsive and personable. Their level of service is top notch. The pump itself is running as I type this message. It's quiet and kind of feels like how an oil furnace would circulate hot air, without all the hassle and environmental guilt. Can't wait to see how the pump affects the power bill!

My heat pump was installed Nov 3,2025. The men who helped and guide me for my application for rebate and until to the end is Jordan Brown, this guy is awesome in customer service. I will highly recommended him to my friends.
Kyle and Neil did the great job in installing the heat pump, all my inquiries was answered..
