It was greatly appreciated. Thank-you & the crew for a great job instilling our heat pump on Tuesday June 9th. You we’re all very professional. The connected our heat pump through our ductwork & panel did removal & cleanup all under 6 hrs. Heat all nice & cosy. Will, Thomas and crew did a great job installing my heat pump, heat backup and new hot water heater. They were patient with my questions and gave me great information.
I had an issue with the white insulation tubing installed on the outside as the unit is in the front of my home. I felt it attracted extra attention to the unit and quite frankly was ugly. They were able to switch most of it for black which helped with the overall look.
The quick information and training on the new thermostat was helpful.
They left the work spaces clean which was appreciated.
Overall I was pleased with their workmanship.
Our experience with the installation of a heating pump from 1Click Heating and Cooling has been remarkable. Brandon Fenech from 1Click was always available to answer any questions we may have had. The workers were very efficient, polite and cleaned up before leaving. We would definitely refer Brandon Fenech from 1Click Heating and Cooling to anyone interested in a heat pump system. Brandon is very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding anyone.

My Tosot multi-zone heat pump installation is only four months old and continues to experience significant performance issues despite multiple service visits by 1Click.
The system has repeatedly failed to provide reliable heating and is now providing little meaningful cooling. Despite numerous installation, adjustment, commissioning, and service visits, a lasting resolution has not been achieved. I have repeatedly requested service reports and technical records relating to the work performed; however, these records have not been provided directly to me. And seams appear open and raise concerns about weather sealing.(See pic) An independent HVAC contractor recently assessed the system and advised that it appeared to be largely or completely without refrigerant charge, which would significantly impact both heating and cooling performance--this is a serious problem for adequate heating and cooling.
Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in the installation and repair process and remain without a dependable heating and cooling system.

this company was amazing. I got my heat pump and loving it. my contact person was Michael was amazing in every way. always prompt to return calls and give help whenever needed. The 2 men who installed my unit, Jaxson and Barnaby, were efficient and polite. Loved the whole experience from this company and these men. Thank you so much Anyone in Nanaimo would appreciate such a unit
