We signed up with 180 Contractors for a major siding, custom doors, trim, fascia and gutter replacement project on our home. We had looked at multiple companies in our area and their reviews and 180 Contractors had overwhelmingly the best customer reviews. They were outstanding at every step of the way, from planning, financing options, and installation. The project management and communications were excellent. The installation team was professional, considerate, on time and answered any of our questions or concerns. They cleaned up the work site every day. They showed great attention to detail and showed pride in their workmanship. They definitely get a 5 star rating from us and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have this type of work done. One of the best customer experiences we’ve ever had.

I contracted this company many months ago to repair and replace the wood siding around my chimney and furnace vent at the top of my 2 story home. They were very efficient and responsive with communicating, and the workers did a fantastic job with the work they did. They replaced the vent cap during the repair also. A week ago, during a strong windstorm, the vent cap blew off and they came back out today and put it back on at no charge as it was covered under their warranty. I highly recommend them for any roofing or home repairs. Great company to work with and I am keeping their contact information for the future.

We hired 180 to do our roof on I our prior house. They were easy to work with, came out and completed the job in one day. They left the job site very clean. So, when we need a roof on our new home this year, we went straight to 180 Contractors. I was pleased to see that they hadn't changed, very customer friendly, high quality and left the jobsite clean. We also included gutter replacement this time. I've recommended them to my neighbors. I'd use them again.

The sales rep was the only one out of multiple companies who actually took the time to look in my attic. Pricing was comparable to the others, and the install was scheduled about a week after I accepted the proposal. The crew did a great job — they didn’t waste any time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. They also replaced a significant amount of plywood and documented the entire process with 179 photos. Roof looked great! I would definitely recommend them.

180 Contractors delivered a good product in a timely and professional manner with excellent communication (the contractor I had a year earlier on another project never once initiated communication with me once he had my deposit). They replaced my 30+ year-old roof and installed vinyl siding on the deteriorating wood siding on my large garden shed. Much cheaper than replacing the shed. They cleaned up all debris at the end of the project and repaired a very minor dent in a window frame without question. I would definitely use them again.

Seriously what an amazing crew from start to finish!!! I never felt pressured by a sales pitch and truly trusted the team. They were able to replace our entire roof and replace the ply wood in 5 hours. They send you photos of a timeline of each job as well to keep you updated. 100/100 thanks Jim, Mark and team for such a great experience as first time home buyers!

I had a roof replacement project and found over 180 contractors through Nextdoor, many with positive reviews. With couple of estimates and quotes, I decided to go with them — and I’m so glad I did. Among them, Chris stood out with a thorough evaluation, a fair and transparent price, and flexible payment options. Communication with him was always prompt and smooth. Al did an excellent job coordinating the material orders, deliveries, and scheduling everything ahead of time. On installation day, Jerry, the on-site project manager, and his crew worked incredibly hard. They finished the big job in almost one day — even in the snow — leaving no mess behind. Jerry also took the time to go over details with me couple of time during the project and adjusted things based on what made the most sense for my home, never trying to upsell or push unnecessary work. Nancy assisted with financing and was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I’m truly impressed by the entire team’s efficiency and professionalism. Every step went seamlessly, like clockwork. You can tell that everyone involved genuinely cares about both the customer and the company. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a trustworthy and caring company to take care of their home! ❤️

The experience and service by all employees I dealt with at 180 contractors roofing and siding was great. Once I decided on the brand of roofing, I went through the quote process with companies that carried it. The salesman Jim, was the most thorough, came back to me with pictures and provided a quote. I was informed as to the schedule and installation went smoothly. I really liked that a project manager is part of the package - (ty MD), checking in about any questions I may have, pictures sent about what’s happening on the roof through a link. Also, a thorough clean up. Thanks.

No more leaky roof and we can stop placing buckets around the house when it rains. Everyone we dealt with at the company were so professional. From the sales rep, to the job coordinator, project installers and office personnel.
