My friends called ahead to let them know a big group (15 people) was coming on a Tuesday night. When we arrived, the bar was empty and they rudely yelled at us and told us we need to make a reservation and we told them we already did. They stopped us from sitting down and told us everyone needs to give a card even though I kept offering to put my card on the tab. The waiter kept interrupting me every time I was trying to ask him for help or trying to understand why he didn’t want to serve us or seat us anywhere in an empty restaurant. The manager eventually came over and said that they need credit cards from everyone just for us to order drinks on my card. I explained that I was confused and he apologized since his team was panicking. Again this place was fully staffed and had no customers except us and didnt close for another 3 hours. Rude service with the waiter being passive aggressive and making comments under his breath. The manager kept trying to apologize when I told him I also run a restaurant and was disappointed in the food and the service. Never coming here again.
