UPDATE: *Got a call back in response to the review. As a gesture of good will, Modus are offering me a free polish at a time my choosing. Great customer service!* This a great no-nonsense body shop. Did a great job on my VW. If you looking for a decent repair at a fair price, then don't hesitate.
It would have been 5 stars but they forgot to refit the tailgate seal. I guess I should have checked before I took the car. Wouldn't stop me going back or recommending though.
