The gyms is great but the parking lot is awful. I don’t go to this location on weekdays. I don’t know how they could make the parking lot bigger.

I go early enough that the gym isn't crowded. There is no staff there at that time. We got a membership through work. There is the onboarding process that you are supposed to go through. I felt like the person we met with dismissed the 20 pound weight loss that i did on my own. There is pressure to hire a personal trainer, and they tried to talk us into that even though we said money was an issue. Overall if you can find a workput plan or have an idea what you would like to do there is freedom to ise all the equipment. If you have never had a membership or been to a gym before it can be very intimidating and overwhelming to start. The have free lockers, water bottle refill, hair bands, and they do charge for the vending machine. I've only been going one week, so we will see how it works out.

I recently joined 10 Fitness in an effort to continue my physical fitness workouts after completing physical therapy at Physical Therapy Institute (PTI). The transition has been relatively simple, because at 10 Fitness; I have already found most of the same equipment needed to accomplish my goals. And, everyone is super nice and helpful :D

10 Fitness I'm gonna put you on blast this morning on all my social media sites I have worked out all my life and this gym has been the worst experience I have ever experienced with a gym ever worst customer service worst gyms worst staff hidden charges they don't tell you about I would not recommend this gym to anyone I will be canceling my membership and for the price you can get a lot more better premiere gym membership with a lot more options in any area you are at and I'm not one to say things about anyone but this is definitely definitely the worst gym!!!!guess I'm used to good gyms like Genesis, Trim Gym, even planet fitness you ever bought a low budget cell phone just to throw on the trash well this is definitely a low budget gym with low budget services y'all my friend are going in the trash!! I would suggest you share and repost this to keep anyone you know from having the headache I've had with these yahoos 😡😾

I absolutely love this 10 Fitness location! The entire staff is so welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. My trainer MO is amazing. He’s very motivating, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping me reach my goals. The gym is always clean, and the equipment and machines are well maintained, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout environment!

Oh I know a few people that work out there have been there for around 4 years now maybe I was at Jim Daly fitness for about 25 years they took too long to open after the pandemic that's why I'm wearing it now I like it but then I have to admit there's one over there off University I like better but I just know I just still I'm still familiar with where I'm going to just haven't made the change yet

The staff are friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They answer your questions to where you understand. It's clean and you can get a good workout with plenty of machines and free weights available. It's also a good social time. It doesn't matter what size you are, you get treated well., and they are there for you to reach your goals.
