Denise Warfield was extremely prompt with responses to our questions. Adding a second 1031 property exchange to the first one went through extremely easily and she kept them separate. She also communicated with the title company and the mortgage company directly so there was no change of me misunderstanding/misstating the communications. I would highly recommend 1031X and in particular Denise.
