DO NOT USE NU CAR RENTALS!!! This company is a total ripoff! I confirmed the price online, at the counter and over the phone with customer service. I paid the extra amount for insurance, it is company policy that I do that. At the end of the rental they tacked on another $300 when I returned it, no explanation. The wait to get the car was excessive and it seemed that 2 customers in front of me were super mad at the service they were getting as well. So much so that they left yelling at the service person which they shouldn't have since they were very polite and courteous. I believe the companies policy is a fraud. They require initials on all the charges and then add extra after you drop off the car and fly home.
