Disappointing experience My first experience with Gaura Travel has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service was unprofessional, misleading, and marked by constant miscommunication. When my daughter suffered severe skin allergies and food poisoning on the airline they recommended, I requested a ticket change. Instead of offering any support, they told me I must pay extra. After contacting the airline directly, I learned that Gora Travel hadn’t even paid for my ticket, and a refund or change should have been easily possible—especially with more than a month’s notice. This raises serious concerns about their transparency and practices. This has been an exhausting and unacceptable experience. I will be proceeding with legal advice, and I strongly do not recommend Gaura Travel to anyone.
