Horrific Experience Accountability
Our son tried to get set up with William Telemaque LPCA who cancelled on him several times in a row. We then asked for a new practitioner, Gavin Grey, who, on the first meeting, cancelled at 3:59 for a 4:00 appointment. Today is MONDAY and he was assigned to Gavin Grey on FRIDAY. The level of unprofessionalism here is beyond unacceptable. It has been over a month of run around. We came here because Dr. Schwartz was magical with another family member, but have since had a horrific experience. Instead of taking CARE of our son's mental health, this lack of accountability with keeping appointments has made it worse.
