Horrific Experience Accountability Our son tried to get set up with William Telemaque LPCA who cancelled on him several times in a row. We then asked for a new practitioner, Gavin Grey, who, on the first meeting, cancelled at 3:59 for a 4:00 appointment. Today is MONDAY and he was assigned to Gavin Grey on FRIDAY. The level of unprofessionalism here is beyond unacceptable. It has been over a month of run around. We came here because Dr. Schwartz was magical with another family member, but have since had a horrific experience. Instead of taking CARE of our son's mental health, this lack of accountability with keeping appointments has made it worse.

Terrific experience We’ve had a lot of experience with different interventions, but Hopewell was the first place that really tried to think about what our child needed and make that happen for them. A lot of other places just offer the thing they offer, and you have to figure out if it is what your child needs. Hopewell offered a true partnership to try to come up with the best treatment approaches for our child.

Tracy Sibley is an excellent listener and is extremely educated about medications. She is thoughtful and careful not to prescribe meds that aren't needed. My three sons are finally benefiting from the meds that they are on, now that Tracy is managing their meds.

My son made an immediate connection with Brian. He does not do well in group settings and as soon as that was identified, Sandra jumped right in to be a second support on an individual basis which turned out to be a huge success.

Oh wow-this is so awesome to hear this great news. Lots of kids are very worried about the group setting in our IOP programs. We get it - groups can be hard and some kids have not always had great experiences in groups. We make sure that we are sensitive to what all kids need and they all need different things- more than anything else, we want them to have a great experience in our IOP and learn all the DBT skills needed so that they can be successful in their lives and overcome whatever difficulties they carry. thank you for taking the time to write a review for our Teen IOP program - we really appreciate it. Life changer! They helped my whole family. My daughter was in the tween iop and has skills she could use on day one. We went from hopeless to hopeful in a few weeks. Their program is inviting to the child and gives easy to use skills for life changes.
