I travel a lot within EU and I'm used to not worrying too much about documents. But for my trip to China, I had to deal with paperwork, which I really didn't want to do, especially since I was planning a vacation and just wanted to relax. Services like this are probably made for people like me who don't want to stress themselves out. So, I took a picture of my passport during lunch, uploaded it, and the service automatically read data and filled out form. I just checked everything afterwards, and it was correct, great experience
