Beware of Brittany Tedesco
Please don't patronize this law firm, especially if your loved one is showing signs of dementia. The elder care coordinators consistently made promises that the attorney did not keep. In fact, nearly as soon as the papers were signed, Brittany started treating my family member, Gerry, and me with contempt. I was Gerry's healthcare proxy. Yet, requests for needed items and care were met with 6-week delays more than once — including a request to set up care with a trusted aide. The aide became so frustrated with the delays that she took another job. Three weeks later, Gerry fell, broke his hip, became septic after surgery to repair the hip, and NEVER regained the ability to eat, walk or even have a conversation again.
