This is a solid platform for a tax advisory practice. I found the ad hoc LOE templates especially helpful, since most software only covers standard engagements. Setting everything up took a bit longer than I expected because there’s a lot to configure with proposals, pricing, and letters all at once. However, support was quick to help when I got stuck. Once it’s set up, it pretty much runs on its own.
