Do not order from this company
Ordered and paid in full for my kit over 2.5 months ago. Sent the impressions back and few days after receiving them. Site says turn around to process is about 3 weeks. I asked for a full refund after that did not occur. They ignored the request. Told me they were almost done and will be sent out, that was a month ago. I asked again for a refund. The rep assigned to me told me they cannot refund unless if im not a candidate and if it's within 48 hours of ordering. I am on the phone now with a rep. I haven't received the tester aligners and again they are telling me they will be shipped and have me sitting on hold for over 30 mins. Do not order from them. They rip you off and have the worst customer service.
