This company is a scam This company is a scam. As I has special difficulties with my teeth, I sent them photos up front and they confirmed this was not a problem and that they had corrected much worse teeth before. When I asked about the payment they promised that if they couldn't fix this, they would refund me the full amount. So I paid and did the impression. After that they sent me a consent form, a contract, which was very unprofessional, and demaded things which should definately have been asked before payment was made. When I said I didn't want to sign, they said that wasn't an option as I would loose all my money. So I signed, and later was told they could only adjust my upper teeth, not bottom. As any professional would say, both upper and bottom teeth needs to be done together, they are part of the same month. So I said I wouldn't do any. When I asked to get my money back, they said they will still charge for the impression kit, which is not what I was told at the start when we deiscussed the first photos. After much back and forth they agreed to repay me the full amount, but since then they have done nothing. It's been months now and they still say the case is with the finance departemnt, but refuse to put me in direct contact with the people there. I havestill not got a single dollar back from them. I am considering legal action. Companies scamming people like this should not be allowed to operate.

Very bad and worst The AlignerCo is completely fraud 🚨and scam ‼️‼️‼️don’t go for that.I paid $700 before 4 months but my process didn’t started at they don’t even guide us after a lot of arguments they send me retainers which didn’t even fit my teeth then I consultant them for refund they asked me a lot of videos and photos for the refund I send all since 2 weeks I am still sending but they are not even giving me refund I contacted them several times they are just saying that we are waiting for the update from experts it’s totally fraud .All the positive reviews are from AI not the original reviews the process is very bad you won’t even get result and you will definitely loss money if you start this process.They don’t even have demo slots to train us with process but they are taking money from us .After payment you will notify that the demo class for teeth prints is not available since 2 or 3 months on minimum.Complete process is bulshit and fraud.i want to attach their chats but it was not allowing me to add pictures .Trust me you will definitely regrate if you didn’t listen to me .plz don’t waste money we won’t get money easily it’s our hardwork they are just scamming us .Be aware‼️‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨🚨. I got reply to this review saying that send email with order details but I send them a week back still waiting for the response .so much fraud is going on to just cheat customers

Scammers I began treatment approximately two years ago. After the initial procedure, one tooth remained protruding, and Alignerco recommended an additional treatment for an extra fee. Following this second treatment, the tooth aligned properly while wearing the aligners, but as soon as I removed them, it shifted back due to pressure from the upper tooth. I reported the issue again and was provided with another round of treatment. After four treatments, the persistent pressure and tension weakened the tooth, causing it to break at the tip. Despite this, it continues to press against the upper tooth and remains unstable. Throughout this process, I have maintained regular communication with the company, and they are now offering a fifth treatment. I have already paid for four treatments and find myself in a difficult situation with no real choice. The company states that I approved my smile protection, yet I initially sought and paid for straight teeth—four times—and still have not achieved the expected results.

STAY AWAY!!! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased the night aligners. When I got to Steps 8/9, they were clearly ill-fitting, which AlignerCo agreed that they were. I had to go through the entire process of impressions and waiting on a new set of aligners. Second set I get to Steps 8/9 and they are clearly ill-fitting again. Any question you have or email you send, be prepared to wait 1-3 days for a response that doesn’t even make sense and they will keep requesting additional pictures of your teeth. I’ve already been told via email that Yes those aligners are ill-fitting and then the next email tells me it’s a good fit and I just have to wear it longer. The aligners are actually creating spaces between my teeth that were not there before. I finally got connected with a resolution specialist who just keeps reading from a script and telling me to use chewies, which I have the entire time. He tells me to wear certain steps for longer, which I already have. He also tells me that they already give me a FREE readjustment – a second set of aligners that don’t fit – a lot of good that does me. They advertise the night aligners take 6-8 months to straighten teeth. I’m already a year in the process with no to negative results. What a waste of time! Stay away!!

Negative Review: Aligners Company Experience; I do not recommend this company. While they may seem affordable initially, they charge extra for everything in the end. They claimed they shipped my retainer to my address, but it never arrived. Now, they want to charge me $139 for every replacement set of retainers. It’s frustrating and disappointing. It’s better to pay a bit more for a company that provides better service and reliability.

Im currently on step 8 out of 15. So far, *** had a great experience. I was super surprised by the quality of the aligners considering the price. Set up was straightforward and customer service did an amazing job of helping guide me through the startup. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to straighten their teeth on a budget.

I’m really glad I chose AlignerCo for my teeth straightening journey. From the start, the process was incredibly simple and convenient. The at-home impression kit made it easy to get started without any trips to the dentist, and the aligners themselves are comfortable and easy to wear. The support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, and the whole treatment process has been smooth. I appreciate how affordable AlignerCo is compared to traditional braces or other clear aligner brands, without sacrificing quality. Do not order from this company Ordered and paid in full for my kit over 2.5 months ago. Sent the impressions back and few days after receiving them. Site says turn around to process is about 3 weeks. I asked for a full refund after that did not occur. They ignored the request. Told me they were almost done and will be sent out, that was a month ago. I asked again for a refund. The rep assigned to me told me they cannot refund unless if im not a candidate and if it's within 48 hours of ordering. I am on the phone now with a rep. I haven't received the tester aligners and again they are telling me they will be shipped and have me sitting on hold for over 30 mins. Do not order from them. They rip you off and have the worst customer service.

After about a thousand dollars, these didn't really fix the minor issue I bought them for. They wanted to charge me another $200-400 for "refinement treatment" but I just can't give this company more of my money. The reason someone chooses the cheapest online aligner company out there vs an actual human orthodontist is because they don't want to keep going back for expensive treatment. My impression is that this is a foreign (possibly Chinese) company. Their written materials and customer service have strange grammar and seem poorly translated. It makes following instructions and communicating about issues difficult. It's also made me wonder what's in this plastic I've been putting in my mouth for a year. The process of taking impressions was confusing, uncomfortable, and when I sent them my photos they threatened if the next time I did it wrong I'd have to pay for a new impressions kit. I think they get away with being the cheapest on the market upfront by charging for other surprise things along the way. I already had braces when I was a teen, but one tooth became crooked again over time. It was just that one crooked tooth I wanted to fix, and after following the treatment, it's still crooked, just a little bit less. I reached out, thinking it was a simple adjustment included in the price they advertise and already pay, but was told I had to pay $200 more (would have been $400 if they thought it was my fault, which seems subjective and tricky). While technically I signed a contract agreeing to this, this isn't clearly explained on their website, and I'm pretty sure I signed it AFTER I sent them $1000. I think the company makes their money by penny-pinching. Their customer service will respond to you, but they won't really offer solutions that don't cost you more money. And I think their promotional materials are misleading. When you read their website you think, "I will have straight teeth after ___ time and $___ " but that's not true. I think I'm just going to live with this slightly less crooked tooth.

Had a great experience with Alignerco. Customer service is top notch and I am happy with my smile. The aligners are comfortable and the process was easier and smoother than anticipated. As promised, gradually over time, my teeth and smile transformed my mouth to create straighter teeth and a better bite. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone having issues with their teeth.

Aligning process was straightforward and simple, and support was available and helpful every step of the way. The result looks great. They even let you see a virtual preview of your result and ask them to make changes to it to make sure you like how it will look. I feel much more professional now with straight teeth, and the price is great because I payed for just what I needed, and I love my result. Way easier than braces. I was able to speak the while wearing them without it impeding my speech. The whole process took about 6 months, and I’m pleased.

This place is a scam. This place is a scam. It took months to receive defect AlignerCo that don’t even fit or fit over the back teeth. Avoid. Many of the reviews they ask for before your impression kit is even sent. UPDATE: I did an impression with them with an agent online, agent said it's good, they just emiailed me to say it's not good, and I need to pay again for impressions. Been dealing with this since September 30th. Demanding a refund.

Scam! AVOID Scammers, my wife and I unfortunately wasted our money on retainers we will never receive. They will ask you to redo your impressions again and again, charging you each time, whilst their sales rep with fake names will guarantee that your impressions will work. AVOID at all cost, walk away with your money while you can!!

I would not recommend this company. I purchased the nighttime Invisalign and then 20 min later had a change of mind after talking to my mom about it. She told me my teeth were perfect and I didn’t need them. I contacted them for a refund and it’s been so hard to get my money back! They keep trying to get me to stay with them when I just want my card out of their system. I went with the payment plan and my order was still being processed but they still won’t take my card out of their system after contacting them multiple times! It seems like a scam and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with them. Just go to your dentist instead!

Alignerco responded in a very timely manner via email from a resolution specialist and a direct call from a representative who was thorough and very helpful. She answered all of my questions and shared a plan to resolve the issues. I then received a follow-up email with details of the plan. I look forward to completing this process.

I did Invisalign many years ago, and from what I understand I needed to. (As I had to have nodules attached to my teeth to move them back into place...) But then I forgot to wear my aligners for a while and my teeth started to move back slightly. It was going to be thousands through Invisalign to get my teeth moulded again and have the trays made/sent out. ..So I took a chance on Alignerco. Pretty happy I did. It's basically the same as Invisalign, just without the dentists' visits, and significantly cheaper! (I get dentist visits through my dental insurance anyway.) I've since recommended Alignerco to my mum, and she did a treatment without the need for 'nodules' on her teeth. So I'd say just try ordering the kit and seeing how it goes. The process of taking photos of your teeth and taking the impressions isn't the most straightforward / their documentation isn't the best, but their customer service is pretty great too if you have questions. I'm the type of person who kept forgetting to send teeth impressions in after I ordered it, and they kept politely bugging me to send them in. Wait for a sale, you can often find them for ~$950.
