Bait-and-Switch Tactics – Be Careful!
We agreed to their first quote after they came and took measurements. It seemed fair, so we trusted them and cancelled the offers we had from other companies.
Then a second person came, said the original measurements were wrong, and told us the new offer would be higher. We immediately contacted the first guy who gave us the original quote, and he told us not to worry — that he’d look into it. After that, he stopped answering our calls. We followed up several times with no response, and when he finally got back to us, all he said was, “Sorry, I can’t do anything. If you want the job done, you’ll have to accept the new price.”
At that point, we felt completely cheated. They left us stuck after we’d already cancelled other offers and trusted their word. Very unprofessional, misleading, and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Following the technical measurement, it turned out that the initial dimensions and specifications were not entirely correct. During the first visit, the situation was assessed in general terms, but during the technical inspection we measure everything precisely to the millimeter. This revealed a few important differences:
The dormer is actually 8.93 meters wide instead of 8.20 meters.
The window height has increased to 140 cm.
Instead of one roller shutter, there are three areas where roller shutters are required.
The front side will be finished in Keralit, which has a higher cost than HPL.
The transport and special crane transport were not included in the first quotation, but are necessary for a dormer of this size.
When adding up these adjustments, the total additional cost comes to approximately €4000. This amount is fully explained by the increased size, additional roller shutters, different materials, and required transport.
We want to emphasize that we are not misleading, not unprofessional, and we do not push unnecessary costs. The new price simply reflects the accurate technical details of the project.
