1 STAR Booked a CPR course that was cancelled twice within 3 weeks. The same thing also happened with a booking last year. As a business owner, this required reorganising staff schedules multiple times, which became frustrating and disruptive. At this point, it feels like a pattern rather than a one off. I will be using another provider going forward. Would not recommend if you need reliable, time sensitive training.
