**Terrible Experience with Nu Car Rental**
I had an absolutely awful experience with Nu Car Rental. They are nothing short of a scam! After explicitly telling them I didn’t want insurance and signing a waiver to that effect, they still proceeded to charge me hundreds of dollars for something they misleadingly call an "insurance waiver." The sneaky and scammy wording they use is incredibly deceptive!
They claimed to have pulled security footage to prove that insurance wasn’t discussed, but they refuse to show it to me. Talk about untrustworthy! Not to mention, the car I received looked like it had been completely ripped apart by border patrol.
To make matters worse, their call center representatives are incredibly rude. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Nu Car Rental if they value their hard-earned money and want to avoid a headache.
