Aer Lingus and vouchers are not a good combination
Aer Lingus refuses to exchange Corona vouchers for money. Even if you can no longer use the voucher because you are no longer flying. The money will then automatically be transferred to Aer Lingus. Customer service is difficult to reach, and if someone is there, they apologize for this approach. Nothing happens via email. You get a number and that's it.
I will never book through Aer Lingus again
