Jim transformed my piano in 2 hours! Jim was absolutely amazing at his job and was a lovely person from the initial phone call all the way through to finishing the job. He transformed my piano in two hours, I cannot believe how much better it sounds. His pin grippers are a genius invention, and they work wonders!
