Unwanted charges, no cancellation option
Unsolicited charges for a Prime subscription appeared on my account, and I couldn't find a way to cancel it. The lack of transparency and straightforward options to resolve this issue has been extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experience.
