Professional, but little intimidating for first timer.
I managed to book the artist I wanted and it was handled quickly and professionally.
My comments from here are based on my experience as a first time user of booking agencies and not a reflection on anyone. I found it an intimidating and rather cold process. My naivety meant there was no real engagement with my event and its needs. The contracts and details issued were completely alien to my usual interactions with performers and made me wonder if I really wanted to be doing this.
The catering riders were hilarious. It did not apply to my artist, but some of the list of wants and needs of others gave me a good laugh. Anyone would think some of them were Taylor Swift. But it did help me decide who I would not be booking particularly as their nonsense was written into the contract. Bit surprised the agents don't seem to have a word with them.

Thanks Mike, for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you successfully booked your Bella and I hope the show goes well. We’ll take your points about clarity and approachability into account to improve the experience, especially for first-time users of our service. I see Bella’s rider is v lite! As agents we just pass on the requests of the artists, as you say they are part of the deal, but they can often be negotiated especially for more emerging talent. Thanks for the booking. Matt, CEO.
