Outstanding customer support I mistakenly placed two orders instead of one because I was unfamiliar with the free delivery policy for orders over £40. At 71, I found it confusing to amend my mistake, but their WhatsApp support was outstanding. They resolved everything quickly and efficiently, leaving me completely satisfied.
