My blood samples were collected on September 18 for pre-procedure tests, but the results were only delivered on September 25 after daily follow-ups and repeated promises of “today.” Because of this delay, my scheduled medical procedure had to be cancelled, and the tests became unusable. When I requested a refund, the clinic only offered a 10% discount on a future visit, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unreliable — I would not recommend them at all
