a very disappointing experience I had a very disappointing experience with One Call Doctor Home Health Care Center. My blood samples were collected on September 18 for pre-procedure tests, but the results were only delivered on September 25 after daily follow-ups and repeated promises of “today.” Because of this delay, my scheduled medical procedure had to be cancelled, and the tests became unusable. When I requested a refund, the clinic only offered a 10% discount on a future visit, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unreliable — I would not recommend them at all

Fraud/ spam I think it’s a fraud i wasted 2k on glutathione and see no difference at all. Not even a slight change. They are just looting money. They are fraud and i hope i had read reviews before taking services from them.

I’ve completed 9 sessions of skin whitening IV with One Call Doctor, and I’m seeing noticeable improvements in my skin. The nurse comes to my home in the evening after my office hours, which is incredibly convenient. Overall, it’s been a great choice for my needs. Highly recommended!

Last week, I had a blood test done through One Call Doctor. The service was excellent; they arrived on time, and the nurse—Mini, I believe—was outstanding. She was skilled and efficient, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I also received my report within 24 hours, complete with a detailed explanation from the doctor. I highly recommend this service!

Very unprofessional. Infact they would ask you to book an appointment 2 days prior but won’t respect your time. Won’t give you a heads up if they are running late. Make sure you sacrifice your entire day for them to come over and give you services. I’m seriously disappointed with the customer service, the management.

They are probably a fraud. I booked 4 packages of blood tests on june 27 worth aed 1700+. The sample was collected as per schedule. One part of the reports arrived two days later. I am still asking for the remaining counts/report every day over whatsapp! I asked for an invoice for the payment - none has been issued todate. It's July 3. I called all given numbers on their website. No one picks the phone nor responds to emails. The police must look into this. Either the people who work at the clinic or the clinic itself are part of a health scam and can endanger lives.

Don't use this company! Very unprofessional. I never received the results in 48 hours as promised, although they told me they will send earlier but kept on postponing.. They were ignoring and did not reply to any messages and calls. And then after 2 days said the sample THEY took was not sufficient and they want to retake again!!! Very disappointing!

I did 6 sessions Glutathione IV Therapy and paid 1200 AED .But not a single change in my skin and my skin become dry and dark after the does. And they asked me to do another 6 sessions of vitamin C Glutathione IV Therapy AED 1500 and all payment I'm doing through tabby. When i did the 3 session my skin become more try and face full with white and black marks .and face become darker . face was itching. So i asked them to refund for the vitamin C full sessions amount of 1500 AED since i had to pay more to different doctor for taking treatment for the pigmentations i got from their Gluta. But they now only refund AED 528 and said this the refund they can do after deducting all the amount. As a result I PAID AED 2172 them for having dark skin and pigmentations ,Even i sent my pictures to them. All i can do is cursing you guys for taking this much money from the innocent people. Also below all the details are correct from one of the client comments . DONT TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM THEM...!!! We all should report and complain against them otherwise they will keep cheating on innocent peoples money. THE WORST EVER SERVICE I HAD IN MY EXPERIENCE!!!! FROM THE BEGINNING TILL THE END!! EVERY SINGLE TIME LATE!!! LATE NOT JUST FEW MINUTES BUT LATE FOR HOURS!!!! BOOKS WRONG TIME!!! CHANGES TIME OF TUE BOOKING AND EVEN DON'T INFORM!!!! YOU JUST WILL WAIT AT HOME LIKE A STUPID AND IT IS FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE SERVICE TILL THE END!!!! WHEN YOU ASK WHEN YOU WILL COME THEY REPLY THAT YOU CALLED AND SAID IN MEETING OR WHATEVER!!!! EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM!!! MUST BE LESS THAN ZERO EVEN!!!! THEY CONTACT FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS THAT YOU CANNOT WHO TO CONTACT!!! ANY CLINIC BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT CALLS AND TEXTS FOR CONFIRMATION BUT THIS ONE CALL DOCTOR HOME SERVICE HAS NO THIS IN THEIR SERVICE TO CONFIRM WITH THE CLIENT!!!!! THE WORST EVER SERVICE!!!! THEY DON'T RESPECT THE CLIENT TIMING!!!! I'M PRETTY SURE THAT ANY 5STAR REVIEW HERE DONE BY THE STAFF WHO WORKS IN THIS CLINIC!!! Never call onedardoc I don’t know how this company is still alive! Their service is horrible. My first experience was : I was demanding my results for 2 weeks and at the end I got it. But second experience!!! I did blood tests, nurse as always came late 1 hour , results supposed to be ready in 24 hours , after 3 days they have sent me part, after I demanded my other results for one week they said something happened with my blood sample!!! and they need again to come and take the sample . I said no need just refund the money. One month passed and I’m still waiting for my refund! Every time they are saying we did, we will call you back - and no one is calling ! I hope people will read reviews before calling this onecalldoc !!! And never use such a horrible service !!!

Don't use this company! Very unprofessional company. They arrived late, though nurse did good job, I never received results that was promised in the advs. Out of 22 tests they did only 1. They don't reply on messages and calls. And the first thing they ask is leaving a good review on google. Nurse almost standing at my head pushing me to leave good review. But gladly will change it so no one would got into their ads anymore

I paid 1500 aed for a women’s package. Had to follow up myself after the 48 hours turnaround time to get my lab results?? It is now day 5 and still 3 tests have not been received yet. Gave some excuse about website being down. I was also told to interpret my own ECG??? The blood tests came back abnormal on many parameters and no doctor tele consult either…please take patient care seriously and not just our money.
