Protect your investment We contracted them to build a 2 terrace retaining wall, level ground, sod, and remap sprinkler system. 6 months later we are still having to pay contractors to.come in to repair this crew's work. The owner was entirely difficult to work with, misogynistic, disorganized with zero project management. Damage was done to our property to include 2 trees that died as a result of their skid steer hitting them and taking chunks out of the trunk. Their sprinkler work resulted in turning our back yard into a swamp and losing $250 worth of landscaping because they failed to tell us they broke a line causing 2 zones to go without water while we were out of town for 5 days. The sod they laid was infested with army worms and we had to rush to lay insecticide. We still lost a quarter of the sod. The owner takes zero responsibility for his work and is disrespectful. To say we do not reccommend this company is an understatement. To protect yourself, ensure you require a project timeline with damages clauses. Do not go strictly off of their quote. They will not follow it.

Caught Killing Plants & Denied It We were referred by our neighbors for weed & grass fertilizer. Unfortunately, the team sprayed over and killed >$250 worth of premium soil & ornamental grasses, staining our raised bed in the process with the dye they used. These grasses had been established and matured to provide border around our raised bed. Every single grass around the border outside of their spray zone continue to thrive with no damage. We called and talked with Jennifer, who asked for photos which we provided. We were told they would contact "their people" at the extension office & never heard from them again. After waiting the first week, I contacted SWAFL to come out and test the area. Their test results revealed both the grasses and soil had been contaminated by herbicide from two specific chemicals - both of which used by Imperial Lawns. Today, I finally called them back to explain that we still had no word back from them, we didn't feel that they were taking our concerns seriously & that we were cancelling our contract with them. The person taking my call sent my call to Jennifer who said they were too busy this time of year to call me back. She explained that "their contact" took one look at the picture and said they died from a freeze despite the fact that the other grasses outside the spray zone clearly showed thriving grasses. I explained that we had test results proving that they killed the grass & contaminated the soil & how much money this cost us. She wasn't even interested in seeing the test results or rectifying the hundreds of dollars worth of damage done. To be dismissed with no follow-up or effort to salvage the relationship, we have opted to leave this review.
