Poorly executed and disorganized
The concept is great, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The service felt disorganized and poorly managed, and it seemed like there wasn’t enough staff to handle things effectively. I expected more professionalism and accountability—there didn’t seem to be any experienced leadership present. I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.
