Never trust this law firm
I had a deeply disappointing experience with this law firm, specifically with attorney Connor Nybo. I was charged $3,500 for a standard demand letter under 190 words and a brief meeting that lasted no more than 30 minutes. These charges were, in my view, excessive and entirely disproportionate to the scope and complexity of the work performed.
When I raised serious concerns in writing and requested an explanation or itemized breakdown, I received no response. I ultimately terminated the representation, yet the firm proceeded to charge me an additional $1,000—despite the attorney-client relationship having ended.
This lack of transparency, unresponsiveness, and what I believe to be unjustifiable billing practices raise major concerns about the firm’s professionalism and ethics. I would caution anyone considering legal services from this firm to proceed with great care and to insist on clear, upfront agreements regarding fees and billing practices.
