Bob came out twice due to my insurance company delays and due to the difficult situation they put me in, he was empathetic and was willing to help after hours to ensure my floor boards did not mold due to a flood. He was very familiar with the insurance process and helped me navigate to make sure everything was done properly. I strongly recommend this company as Bob and his team went above and beyond for my condo tonight!
