Notary I needed to get a court document notarized and was sent to this location, because the notary at my usual bank (on high ridge)was not in. The teller was nice enough to call ahead to make sure the notary was in and what I needed. When I got to this bank (on summer street) another man was in the bank manager's office and came out and asked what I needed. I explained my situation and he went back into the managers office with my document. He kept coming back and forth to ask me information. He finally said that they could not help me. I asked why when I had the same document notarized before at another bank a few months ago, and that the other bank called ahead. He did not give me an explanation and just handed me back my documents and walked into a back room. The bank manager never bothered to speak with me, and I felt totally disrespected. I have numerous accounts with this bank and am now questioning if I want to be a customer of theirs. Would give a zero rating if I could!
