Gut reset programme changed my life
I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis and the gut reset programme took me from a really bad flare up with chronic fatigue to normal bowel movements once every day or 2 and fatigue is gone. I'd been prescribed steroids before which worked for a little while then the flare would come back.

I couldn't leave the house before for fear of a bout of bloody diarrhoea without being able to get to a toilet but now my life is back to normal, I can take my children swimming again, socialise with friends and go for a walk all without fear.
