Poor service no product
Very poor attitude and terrible customer service,refusing service and baned for asking a question and saying i didn’t appreciate the attitude I got in response

Your order was for a custom made-to-order item, and the product page clearly states the typical production time of 3–5 working days before dispatch directly beneath the Add to Basket button.
While customers are always welcome to ask questions, Moose 3D does not tolerate rude or confrontational communication. Following our correspondence, I made the decision not to proceed with the order. The order was cancelled and fully refunded promptly, so you were not left out of pocket.
