Clear and fast setup for taxes
I run a small business and also have two rental properties, so I was worried my quarterly filings would get complicated. Setting up the self-employment source took just two minutes, and it kept everything separate from my property income without any extra effort from me. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that I had to check with my accountant to confirm whether my income was considered property or self-employment, but that's not really rentalbux fault.
