I’m really happy I chose Ideal of med for my hair transplant. I went into the process cautiously because there are so many clinics in Istanbul, but after doing a lot of research, this clinic felt more professional and personal than most of the others I spoke with.
What stood out to me most was the involvement of Dr. Devrim Demirel. From the beginning, he wasn’t just supervising from a distance he was directly involved in the key parts of the procedure. During the consultation, he carefully evaluated my donor area, discussed my expectations, and explained what would realistically look natural in the long term. He also personally designed my hairline, making small but important adjustments to enssure it would suit my face and age well over time.
On the day of the surgery, he performed the incisions himself, which gave me a lot of reassurance. Knowing that a doctor was handling such a critical step made the process feel far more precise and trustworthy. It also showed that he genuinely cared about the technical and aesthetic outcome, rather than simply overseeing a team.
The clinic itself was also very impressive. It was modern, spotless, and had a high-end feel without being intimidating. The VIP rooms were comfortable and private, which made the overall experience much less stressful, especially on the surgery day.
The staff were friendly, organized, and constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. Nothing felt rushed or chaotic. You could tell the clinic places a strong emphasis on patient care and cleanliness.
Now that I’m over a year post-op, I can honestly say the results exceeded my expectations. My hairline looks natural, the density filled in really well, and most people can’t even tell I had a transplant.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. The combination of Dr. Devrim’s hands-on involvement, especially with the incisions, the clean and beautiful clinic environment, and the final results made it completely worth it for me.
