Rip off,misleading and unprofessional I spent hours of time doing responsible service of alcohol only to find that in NSW you have to do extra compared to other states to gain a competency card. Other companies include this for $120-$130 total. This company charges $50 to do the RSA and doesn't explain that you have to then do the bridging course and pay another $107 on top to be valid and allowed to serve alcohol. They don't even respond when you enquire about this, I had to call them multiple times to get a straight forward response after being hung up on and then had to research it myself to discover the truth. Requested a refund and was denied. Don't use this company especially for RSA courses. They should clearly state its not valid in NSW on their website but fail to do this. The customer service was rude and manipulative just like their misleading marketing. Beware NSW citizens. This company is ripping people off with their misleading website not clearly stating the course isnt valid in NSW. Do your RSA course elsewhere. Carmel was professional but Marget Leslie and whoever first took my call and hung up on me instead of transferring me to a manager need customer service training.

Regarding state validity, our RSA course page clearly displays that the qualification is valid in SA, WA, NT, QLD, TAS and ACT, and is recognised by employers in those same states. This information is presented in tables and throughout our website. We understand that NSW has additional licensing requirements beyond the national RSA competency, and we do acknowledge your feedback that this could be made more explicit — it's something we will review.

We're sorry to hear your experience with our team fell short of the standard we expect. Our staff are trained to be professional and respectful at all times, and we do not believe the characterisation of them as rude or manipulative is a fair reflection of how they operate.
