We recently rented cars from Nu Car Rental in Denver and Salt Lake City. They had provided a low cost alternative rate when we had reserved the cars but added significant fees and charges to the bill. The agent was smooth and passed everything by us quickly without clarifying the impact of what was being signed. We ended up being charged about three times the average rate for other companies in both cases.
